One area of focus was to take the Sales Leaders through Prism, amongst other areas.
Prism provides a better understanding of what your behavioural preferences are, helps understand why you act the way you do in different circumstances – rather important for you as a sales leader.
It highlights which coaching / leadership style you learn towards and helps you how to better engage the other coaching / leadership styles, how you align these with what specific task you are coaching a sales professional on.
